Old School House

The House, previously was an old Sunday School and was completely renovated, boasting lots of mod-cons throughout.

It has three bedrooms, 2 Double bedrooms and 1 Single, comfortably sleeping 5.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, cooker, microwave,
fridge. There is a washing machine and ironing equipment. (but you are on holiday!)

The sitting room has a log burner. It also has a TV, Playstation2 and DVD player.

There is a studio leading off the sitting room with a wet-room incorporated and access into the garden. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating.

The Old School House is situated in the small hamlet of Eastcott.

The village of Kilkhampton is 3 miles away and has a Butchers, Spar, Londis, Post Office, Fish and Chip shop and a great Pizza Place. It also offers several local pubs.

Bude is 5 miles away and has a large Morrisons, indoor leisure pool, golf course, squash & tennis courts, ten pin bowling and soft play area as well as some fabulous beaches.

4 miles down the road is a spectacular National Trust beach, Sandymouth. Ideal for surfing, rockpooling or building castles
