We live in a large 18th Century residence renovated with love to a high standard by a family of 6. We have a walled garden, trampoline, chickens and a driveway. Nestled in the heart of a small friendly village with all local amenities including restaurants and shops. There are 7 large bedrooms. The house is laid out over 3 floors and has a play room, 2 living rooms, a large family kitchen with Aga and a dining room. There are 5 toilets and 4 separate bathrooms. We have a pool table, dart board, Xbox 360, Wifi, television, 2 wood burning stoves.
About the location
We live on the edge of the beautiful Peak District with excellent links by road, rail and bus. There are many lovely walks from the doorstep and opportunities to visit other parts of the UK as well as local attractions. London is approximately 2 hours by train from the village train station.
