About the location

It is an excellent location, just up the road from the Lake, town of Kings Beach and Hwy 29 which goes around the lake. There are bike rentals, boat rentals, summer music festivals and Shakespeare on the Beach and numerous winter activities. Ten minute car ride to the state line at Crystal Bay with small casinos and 45 minutes to State Line with the big casinos, resorts and amenities. Great to visit in winter, for skiing, snowboarding, and winter activities, or summer, with hiking, horse back riding, swimming and tennis. There are really good hiking/biking trails next to the condo complex too. Enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in the world during any season.
