Lovely, second floor, spacious north-facing apartment on the edge of Randwick and close to beaches. Accommodation includes a sitting/dining room, kitchen, large bedroom, study and bathroom. There is a car-space, and laundry in the basement. All rooms are drenched in loads of light, and overlook a large back-yard. Its quiet, save for the bird-song!

The kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances: gas hob, oven, fridge freezer and is well-equipped re crockery, pans etc [I'm a foodie!]. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the bathroom has bath and shower. In the lounge, there is a large screen TV, DVD and Foxtel [cable] is connected. French doors lead to a large balcony. The study has a computer for use, and high-speed broadband is available.

About the location

Randwick is an urban beach resort. Its close to all the great beaches [Bondi, Bronte, Tamarama, Coogee etc], but its 10-15 minutes from the funky Darlinghurst area, Newtown, Kings Cross and Elizabeth Bay.

There are several local buses to City and Beaches, and the Underground is available from nearby Bondi Junction [15-min walk]. We are also 15-minutes walk to Clovelly Beach [famous for its tame Grouper fish], and a 12-minute walk to Centennial Park. The renowned and beautiful coastal walk to Bondi starts at nearby Coogee Beach, and there is a good choice of lively restaurants, delis and cafes.
