Pacific Spirit Park contains over 73km of walking trails, designated for walking, cycling and horseback riding.
The house is 5 minutes (by car) to The University of British Columbia. 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Downtown.
The neighbourhood has a community centre (with fitness centre), many restaurants, a cinema and a first class grocery store - all within 5 minutes walk.
