Lovely house in quite area

Our house has three bedrooms but we use one as a dressing room.
It's situated in the North East of England, making York, the Yorkshire Dales, Northumberland and the Lake district accessible.
We're around five minutes from the local beaches but they're not exactly tropical!
We're close to transport links (bus/rail) and the airport is around 50 minutes away.
We have 2 living areas (Ok one is the dining room) and 2 bathrooms. Both of the main bedrooms are doubles with lost of storage (or they will be when we clear out stuff out!)
We have high speed wifi if you want to keep in touch and you'll have access to a lap top if you need it.
We have a front, north facing garden and a large south facing back garden.

About the location

The area is full of families and has a good mix of people round about. (Neighbours are great).
There are parks close by (everything is in our town to be honest), and local shop literally around the corner, with larger supermarkets just minutes away.
