Cosy three bedroom house close to city center - Reykjavik

We live in a small 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Reykjavik. Our house consists of one double bedroom, one kids` room with bunk beds, that would sleep 2 grown ups if needed and one smaller room with one bed in it. We have a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room. There is a good size garden and we have 2 adult bikes, 2 children´s bikes and a bike seat for a smaller child to be used if wanted. We have a cat but could have somone look after it if preferred. We have 3 children so there are toys and playstation.

About the location

Our neighborhood is in walking distance of Reykjavik city but in a quiet area close to the sea. There is also a small beach in walking distance (15-20minutes).
