Our comfortable renovated farmhouse has a fully-equipped dining kitchen a large dining room and salon, a home cinema, downstairs WC and upstairs, two double bedrooms with shower room, a mezzanine and a third double bedroom with private WC and shower room. There is the possibility of a completely private annexe with bedroom, living area with kitchen, shower room and WC.

About the location

Set in our private 40 hectare forest with a 4 hectare fishing lake and fields which accommodate our horses, lamas, donkeys, cows, poneys and sheep. The situation is very rural but only 10 minutes from the medieval market town of Parthenay. Poitiers is 50 minutes away (airport, Futuroscope).
