Our lovely apartment is down a quiet driveway across the road from the Taradale shopping village. With over 30 cafes, restaurants and eateries this is a lovely spot. Quiet and safe and so convenient to Napier and Hastings. The bus stop is directly across the road as well so you can catch public transport to both cities. Hastings is known as the fruit bowl of New Zealand with orchards, wineries and farmers markets to buy direct from the growers. If you are interested in Art Deco then you will love Napier which is the Art Deco capital of New Zealand.

Very suitable for singles, couples or families. Easy to keep clean and fully set up all year round. We are open to long term stays as well as short term. An hour plane ride from Auckland.

About the location

Taradale is a friendly little town south of Napier. It is in the beautiful Hawkes Bay region of the North Island, New Zealand and is surrounded by orchards, wineries, art deco, gannet safaris and farms.

Only a 10 minute drive from Napier city it has over a third of Napier's popn. Taradale is a lovely community nestled against the Taradale hills in an area rich in wine heritage dating back as far as the 1850s. Two of the most famous wineries in Hawkes Bay are in Taradale - The Mission and Church Road Winery which attract over 300,000 visitors annually. With a dedicated Rotary group Napier offers many walking and cycling tracks as well as wine trails and art deco walks.
