Our property is a renovated duplex pair and the swap would be with the top apartment that is reached by a short flight of steps. The kitchen leads on to a small balcony and there is a rear garden with deck and paved area that visitors may use. We occupy the ground floor apartment. The apartment best suits singles or couples. The apartment is equipped with heating, air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player, linen and towels etc. Queen size bed with pillow-top interior sprung mattress. There is a separate laundry with washing machine. No smoking inside please and no pets.
