Bribie Island is where we live.
In a modern 2 level Duplex on the canal.
Outside area has an in ground saltwater swimming pool and a private walk ramp down to a pontoon.
It is magic to fish from, or just take chairs and drinks to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets that happen on this island.
Upstairs offers 3 Bedrooms.
Master bedroom is a large area with an en-suite.
2 other bedrooms are good size and share a bathroom (bath & shower) with separate toilet .
Down stairs,
Main entrance - dining room - study - casual lounge - kitchen - open family room.
Both the casual lounge and family room overlook the pool and canal.
It is light and airy downstairs and has a laundry and toilet with direct access to outside and the clothes line.
The duplex has ducted air conditioning,cooling and heating.
Outdoors has a large entertaining area under cover
5 minutes walk to a supermarket - medical clinic - chemist - hairdresser - butcher - coffee shop etc.
Over the road from a park which has a 2 green bowling club (also serves lunch and dinner 6 days per week.

The sub-tropical climate is ideal for - beach - alfresco dining -year round activity.
