A four bedroom family home perfectly located for exploring the Yarra Valley (20mins), Dandenong Ranges (20min) and Melbourne City (35-45min).

Main bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite, two childrens bedrooms (single beds + a trundle bed) and a guest room with a fold out double sofa-bed. A cot is also available if required.

Evaporative airconditioning, ducted heating and an open fire place.

The rear garden has a large undercover entertaining area with built in BBQ and Jacuzzi and an 8 person dining setting (perfect for catching up with local friends), a raised lawn and garden beds.

Small deck at the front of the house where we often enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

We are 45-55mins from the airport - located East of the city.

About the location

Croydon is only 35 kms east of Melbourne CBD, easily accessible by car or by train from the walking-distance station. Alternatively, around 20 minutes drive from the beautiful Yarra Valley region, which produces some of Australia's finest wines and boasts exceptional restaurants. And only 20 minutes drive from the picturesque Dandenong Ranges which offers some easy bush-walking and quaint towns.

In short, an excellent base for exploring Melbourne and its eastern attractions in particular.

Locally we have easy access to all the amenities - shopping, restaurants, swimming centres, cinemas - all within a short walk or drive.
