About the location

This House is in Belfast’s University quarter beside the famous botanic gardens alongside the lagan river set in a tree lined avenue among other period properties near to all amenities.Belfast is a distinctly Victorian City and the University quarter has many beautiful historic buildings : it is a centre for the arts, higher education and business, and a legal centre. The city suffered greatly during the period of conflict, referred to as the Troubles, but since then has undergone sustained economic growth and large-scale redevelopment of the city centre. Developments include Victoria Square, the Cathedral Quarter with the MAC (Metropolitan Arts Centre), Belfast's brand new arts venue, the Odyssey complex, the Waterfront Hall, the Obel Tower, and the Titanic Quarter which houses the Titanic Belfast signature building. Titanic Belfast is the world's largest visitor experience. Housed in an iconic, 6-floor building, this state-of-the-art visitor experience tells the story of the Titanic, from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her famous maiden voyage and tragic end.
