Lovely family house in St Andrews - ideal for golf, beach & countryside

Our house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac approximately a 20 minute walk from St Andrews town centre and 25 minutes walk from the beach and famous Old Course. There is a beautiful walk along the Lade Braes into town where you can continue exploring this historic and beautiful town.

The house has a spacious drive with ample parking a large front garden and an enclosed back garden with a safe (but well used) trampoline.

We have a spacious kitchen diner with a breakfast bar and a patio that looks over the back garden.

Downstairs there is also a medium sized living room that can comfortably seat 6 and has TV, games consoles & Freeview.

There are two good sized single children's bedrooms on the ground floor and finally there is a downstairs toilet!

Upstairs has two double bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other has a superking bed, this master bedroom also has an en suite shower room. The final room upstairs is a spacious bathroom with shower.

St Andrews has easy access to great restaurants and pubs, historic tourism, beautiful walks and beaches and, obviously, lots of golf! It's a great base for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and a journey to Edinburgh would take about 1h45m to get to either by train or road.
