Lovely home with garden in vibrant Hackney

We have a lovely home on a private mews with parking and a garden.

It is a comfortable family home with 3 floors. Currently it has a master bedroom, a children's bedroom with bunk beds, and a spare bedroom that is set up as a playroom. (Contact us if you would like us to provide a bed in the spare bedroom). There is a lounge with TV, DVD, Sky+ and Amazon Fire, plus a small open study area. On the ground floor here is a large modern kitchen dining room which opens up into a decked garden (with outside dining & BBQ) as well as a utility room with washer dryer and small second loo.

We are in an extremely vibrant area of London, with amazing parks, restaurants, street markets and independent shops. It has a great nightlife, and is also extremely child friendly.

We have a very low maintenance cat, who you would have to feed and let in, and give a bit of attention to every once and awhile. He never ever mews! We wonder if he is mute?

About the location

Hackney one of London's creative & artistic hubs. It is teeming with independent cafes, restaurants, and has endless options for nightlife. It is also very child friendly, we are moments from the absolutely gorgeous Victoria Park - which has two amazing playgrounds, a water park, cafes and endless options for picnics and cycling. We are also moments away from London Fields with its outdoor Lido (swimming pool). Broadway Market is a few minutes away. The market takes place every Saturday and is know as the 'catwalk' for London's hipsters and fashionistas.
