Grade 1 Listed four bedroom house situated within a unique setting in Sussex.

Unique setting with pool. London accessible by train. Our semi-detatched four bedroom home is tucked away in the corner of a converted convent and benefits from 11 acres of communal grounds including a heated outdoor pool (summertime only), tennis courts and children's play area. The Chapel houses a snooker room (adults only), table tennis and badminton court to keep you entertained if the British weather lets you down.

Our house has a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and a garden room that looks out over our large private garden.

Surprisingly, we are only a few minutes walk from the town centre and nearby train station with its direct trains to London.

The Convent is historically interesting having been designed and built by the famous gothic revival architect George Edmund Street in the mid 1800's. His most famous work is the Royal Court of Justice in London and William Morris, a key member of the Arts and Crafts movement, studied under Street.

Cot and high chair available. Large mans, small ladies and two children's bikes, two kids scooters available for use. Tennis, table tennis, badminton equipment plus a large selection of footballs/ rugby balls!
