Morison "B & B"

We live approx thirty mins from Civic Centre and all of the main tourist attractions including Parliament House, Questacon, Australian War memorial and more. Just ask! Our home is comfortable with two separate indoor living areas, library, lounge, combined kitchen dining overlooking our gorgeous pond. Watch our winged visitors as they come for a shower and feed, or enjoy our goldfish as they swim undisturbed. We have a master bedroom and ensuite, two double rooms and a single with separate bathroom, and a wonderful outside covered entertaining area adjacent to the pond. No shortage or parking.

About the location

We live in the south of Canberra, and are seekinga couple, mature/senior preferred, who will look after our home as if it were their own.
Our lovely home is situated in a leafy spot in a quiet street at the back of our suburb adjacent to the bush which would suit bushwalking or jogging around the hillside but only 10 minutes from decent shopping centres, and amenities. Do watch out for the kangaroos, though usually harmless have a bad habit of hopping in front of cars. Most residents drive at 40km or less, and these creatures do get adventurous and meander around our suburb at will looking for water rich grass to chew on.
