3-bedroom townhouse near Vancouver and ferries to Victoria

We live in a lovely townhouse with a well-stocked kitchen, which is off a family room with a piano. There's a powder room on that (main) level and two bathrooms upstairs. The bathroom adjoining the master bedroom features a skylight. There's a queen-size bed in one bedroom and a single bed in another so we can accommodate up to three people. One of the bedrooms is an office/hangout room. The backyard has a garden, trees and a table to enjoy summer meals. We love our place because it's so comfortable and relaxing.

About the location

We live in the community of Ladner (part of Delta), a 30-minute drive south of downtown Vancouver, where I work. The ferry terminal for trips to Victoria and the rest of Vancouver Island is a 10-minute drive. There's a beach and a golf course near by. And every other Sunday between June and September, there's a great farmer's market just a quick walk from our home. A yoga studio is also close by as well as a community centre with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness classes. Ladner is also great for walking and cycling.
