Our home is right in the heart of Auckland but you would think you are in Bali, or Rarotonga. The outside area is private with a swimming pool and plenty of areas to relax in. The house has a lovely cosy atmosphere and lots of outdoor living. While the house is over 100 years old, due to renovations has a very appealing decor. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms , Library/study and good living /dinning area all opening out onto the swimming pool. Very unique setting.

The house is located within walking distance to Newmarket where you will find great shopping and all the amenities for day to day living. Within minutes from the home you can be on the motorway either north or south and on your way to explore. The train staion is 4 minutes walk from the house where you can be downtown or at the ferry building within minutes for an excursion into the Hauraki Gulf.
