This modern home that was completely refurbished in 2014, has 4 bedrooms -3 of which are double- and a single with a cot that we can change for a single bed if needed. This bedroom however, would be ideal for a baby/toddler. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom and a cloakroom. There is a spacious kitchen diner with wide bi-fold doors that lead out onto a good sized garden. There are bicycles available to explore the countryside and colleges. Off-street parking is available on the driveway.

About the location

The house is located in Wolvercote which is a village in Oxford City so you have the best of both worlds. There are meadows, streams, 4 pubs in walking distance and it's a 10 minute car journey into town. There is a bus stop on the road which takes you into Oxford. We are a 15 minute drive to Woodstock, which has the amazing Blenheim Palace and its' gardens. The Cotswold are a 20 minute drive away.

Oxford is well connected to London with frequent trains that take an hour or a 24 hour bus service.
