Our house is a 2 storey detached bungalow built in the 1950's. It has hardwood or ceramic flooring upstairs and mostly laminate downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, lounge and 1 1/2 bathrooms downstairs. There is a small garden in front with a large garden equipped with a basketball court in the back of the house.

Located in a quiet, family neighbourhood close to many shops and just 20 by bus to downtown Vancouver, our house has an excellent location for going downtown or for accessing lovely nature walks, mountains and beaches.
