About the location

We live in the wonderful city of Sheffield but right on the edge of the peak district and its National Park. Sheffield has two excellent theatres and a thriving night life. We live 5 minutes walk from a 6-7 buses an hour service into the city centre, which takes about 20 minutes by bus, apart from the rush hour. Leeds is about an hours drive away and York about two. These journeys can also be completed by train. It is about a two and a quarter hour train journey to London St Pancras and from that station is the Eurostar to Paris. I always leave home an hour before my train is due. It is even possible to get to the National Park by bus So driving is not essential.
