2 bed apartment on a second floor building with a lift in a new development (3 years old). 1 bedroom is occupied by a lodger, so the kitchen would be shared with him. All mod cons provided. Living room with TV and sofa bed available (our lodger does not use it). Separate bathroom with toilet. Balcony for smokers. Possibility to park on the street just outside the development.
About the location
Our flat is located on a side of two parks in Surrey, on the border with London (but inside Greater London). It's a quiet area with an easy access to central London (3 bus stops to Mitcham Eastfields train station and then 20 mins by train to London Victoria, London Bridge or London Blackfriers). Variety of supermarkets 10 mins away by car.
