Located on the magnificent Eden Island, connected by bridge to the main Island Mahe. We have on the island, our own shopping centre, supermarket, 2 beauty spas, a gym, tennis and boules court, table tennis table and numerous restaurants.
We have magnificent views from almost our entire home, which is built 10m, from the water, overlooking a beautiful Marina, azure sea and the green mountain of Mahe. We have 2 golf carts to get around the island, and 4 beaches to choose from, one just 200m behind our house, plus excellent snorkeling off all the outside beaches and diving nearby. We have 4 bedrooms on suite, seperate guest toilet, outside shower, swimming pool and a kitchen set up for a gourmet cook, with a back scullery, plus an outside barbecue and seating area and extra dining table, which can seat 12. Our Maison is fully air conditioned with fans in each room, beautifully decorated in soothing beach side living decor. There are 2 office type rooms, with an air printer and wifi available for USD5 per day. Our Maison is serviced daily, Monday to Friday.

About the location

We get about in Eden Island with golf carts, some people call them EPV's. We have almost everything on the island but hiring a car is easy, as we are attached to the mainland with a bridge and are just a 5km drive into the centre of the main town Victoria. There is so much to do on the main island Mahe, from ziplining at Ephelia resort, parasailing on Beauvallon Bay, having a traditional lunch and garden visit at Jardine de la Roi, visiting Tom Bowers sculpture studio, or the famous painter Michael Adams, home and gallery. Walking on the beautiful mountain we look across the water too is really amazing with sweeping views across the many islands, or you can drive to one of the many viewpoints or catch a taxi, enjoy sundowners at our favourite spots, Sunset Hotel, Coral Strand or the H resort on Beauvallon Bay. You could visit the botanical gardens to see the famous Coco der Mer Tree, or visiting the nearby islands, Praslin, home to the Coco der Mer, or the best golf course in the Indian Ocean Islands, Lemuria.
You can do day trips to other nearby islands, St Anne, Moyenne or our personal favourite Round Island, or venture further to La Dique, or fly for a few nights to Bird Island, or treat yourselves with a helicopter flip with Zilair, to see all the islands from the air.
