Our 90sqm house is built on two floors. The first floor is a big open space with kitchen and dining room, with a nice double sofa bed and extensible table, and a bathroom with hydromassage bath. On the second floor, a cute double bedroom with a big space to hang your clothes, our music room (can arrange as a bedroom) and a second toilet with big shower.You'll love this double floor apartment. It's very comfortable, bright and near the centre and public transport, two steps from the beautiful Garbatella.

About the location

The house is located between the metro line and Via Ostiense, the metro station Garbatella is very near the house, and the Ostiense Station too. You can reach them on foot.
Garbatella is definitely one of the most roman neighborhoods in Rome. It was founded in the late 1920s on an estate bearing the same name lying on a hill adjacent to the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls. The older part of the area is divided into project units (Italian: lotto), each of them made of several houses grouped together around a common yard which serves as an informal meeting point for all the families that live in the lotto. It's the only place in Rome where you'll find this kind of thing.
Around the house you will find all kinds of places to eat, from the roman trattoria to the best japanese restaurants in the city.

If you're a night person, Via Libetta gets crowded on saturdays because there are many clubs opening.
A few steps from the house you'll reach St Paul's Basilica, one of Rome's four ancient Papal major basilicas.
If you're into a nice walk, you can easily reach the non-catholic cemetery in Piramide, Trastevere, Testaccio and the very centre of Rome.
