Our house is a well-kept two storey Edwardian Terrace situated in a tree lined cul de sac. Downstairs is open-planned comprised of lounge room, dining room, kitchen and small laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped, light, spacious and overlooks the courtyard garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower . The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, air printer,desk,, books and CDs.

Newtown is well serviced by trains & buses to the City Centre (15 min). The airport is also accessible by train from Newtown station.
Newtow is a cultural hub with many restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas, music venues and theatres.It is a friendly neighbourhood with many amenities within walking distance.
Sydney University, the University of Technology Sydney, shopping centres, swimming pools and various parks are easily accessible by foot. Erskineville village, Enmore theather and Marrickvile are also within walking distance.
There are also direct busses from Newtown to the New South Wales University, Coogee Beach, Bondi Junction, Kogarah, Leichhardt and money others.
