Spacious new three bed family home in Cambridgeshire
Our spacious three bedroom townhouse is now 8 years old and it is incredibly comfortable and bright. The open plan ground kitchen/diner/family room opens out onto a very small enclosed garden (with 2 tiny trampolines and a climbing wall . The first floor has another living room with smart tv, There's a family bathroom and double bedroom on that floor. The top floor has an en suite master bedroom and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a double sifa bed. The ground floor family room also converts to a double bed.
About the location
We live on Loves Farm, a housing development next to St Neots train station and a ten minute walk to St Neots town centre. Loves Farm is a growing community with small supermarket, pharmacy, cafe and community centre.
St Neots /sᵻnt ˈniːəts/ lies on the River Great Ouse in the Huntingdonshire District, 15 miles west of Cambridge and 49 miles north of central London. St Neots is the largest town in Cambridgeshire with a population of approximately 40,000 in 2014. St Neots has a lot of facilities including a range of chain and independent shops and restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, trampoline park, lake with water sports, river and parks. It's excellent local transport links to Cambridge and Oxford by bus and London and the North by train, make it an ideal base for a family holiday.
There are many National Trust properties nearby with Wimpole Hall and Farm and Anglesea Abbey within 30 minutes drive.

PARKING
There is a private parking space (in and outside of carport. Also, plenty of on street visitor parking.
TRAIN
St Neots train station is a few minutes walk from the house. Peak time trains to London Kings Cross take 38 minutes and there are two trains per hour. It is 20 minutes north to Peterborough where you can connect to most of the country. There are also now trains to London Bridge.
BUS/COACH
The X5 bus runs twice hourly from across the road. It is a direct bus to Cambridge and takes from 25 minutes (more in rush hour) .The X5 in the opposite direction goes to Oxford via Bedford, Milton Keynes and Buckingham.
ROADS
There are great connections North and South via the A1.
AIRPORTS
50 minutes by car to Stansted & Luton airport
