The property is arranged over the top floor with a fully-equipped kitchen and living room. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom which has views out to the sea, and a single bedroom. On the ground floor there a huge private parking area

The house is also equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

About the location

Malaga's historic old town is a 15 minute drive away. Other lovely spots around the area include Benalmadena, Nerja, Mijas and Marbella.

Malaga has many attractions the most notable being Picasso Museum, and the Cathedral of Malaga. It also has a stunning Moorish castle, a museum, many restaurants, antique shops and art gallerys.

Just a short drive away to the south is the coast, with many seaside towns and villages to explore including Benalmadena, Nerja and Mijas. Also a short drive away is Marbella, which hold numerous events throughout the
year.
