Our home has 2 dining / lounge areas, 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and study. It is spacious, comfortable and relaxing with all modern appliances which are a dishwasher, Netflix, 2 TVs ,WI-FI and a Saeco coffee machine.

We have fully Ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling plus gas heaters are installed to cater for all seasons. There is a private patio at the rear of the house with a BBQ and dining to suit 8 or more people.

The home is easy maintenance with front and rear gardens to suit the sun lovers and shade dwellers.

It is situated in walking distance to the town shopping centre`s, cafes, pubs, churches, heritage buildings. There is a swimming pool with gym facilities which includes a hydro pool and only a 5 minute walk away. Our previous exchangers just loved it.

There is a 9 hole golf course on the back fence for the avid golfer. We have bicycles to use and have a large car port which shelters 2 cars. We are open to car exchange. We love our home for all its ease to access everything in our town and fine dining in the close vineyard area. Foodies will not be disappointed.

About the location

The Hunter region has so much to offer. It is easy to access golden sand Beaches in 1 hour by car, via the new M15 Motorway.

The vineyards with wine tastings and fine dining are on our doorstep only 20-30 mins. It`s a great concert venue with artists appearing such as, Neil Diamond, Opera in the Vineyards, Elton John and more.

There are world class Golf courses i.e Cypress Lakes and Crown Plaza, all close by.

For those that like fishing there are rivers and lakes close by, together with walks around Lakes and along river banks.

Art Galleries are situated close by in local towns.

Country living can be sampled with close access to, Dairy farms, Horse studs and Horse Racing Courses.

Sydney and Newcastle which caters for tourists, theater and museum lovers can be easily accessed by car or by local train.
