Cosy apartment in a multicultural neighbourhood

My cosy flat is located in a listed 1920s apartment block that was inspired by the Garden movement. It has a balcony/lodgia and is very bright. There is a large drawing room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a study with lots of bookshelves. The drawing room can also sleep two people on the couch which can be unfolded. The bathroom has a bathtub and although the kitchen is small, it is well equipped. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Since the flat is full of old furniture and breakable things, it's not really suitable for kids.

About the location

I live in the north of Berlin, in Wedding, and public transport is about three minutes from my house. This area is really well connected to the public transport system, you can be in the city centre in under ten minutes. The area is known for its multicultural mix of people and it`s just on the border to Prenzlauer Berg, where you find a lot of bars and good restaurants. The close by Humboldthain Park has an outdoor swimming pool and an old bunker turned into a hill from which you good views over the area, climbing facilities are also available close by. There are plenty of shops in the mall across the street, which are open until late. As most of Berlin, this is a safe neighbourhood. The closest airport is Berlin BER, which you can reach by local train that goes directly to Gesundbrunnen, the station just a three-minute walk away.
