Park-side location, a few minutes stroll down to Bronte beach, close to city - Sydney

Our home opens onto a palm-fringed deck equipped for outdoor living. Split over three levels, the house is accessed from private off-street parking by steps. Nestled in a gully, the property is surrounded by trees that resound with kookaburras.

The ground floor has two open-plan living areas + laundry, cloakroom. The kitchen has Miele and Smeg appliances. The main living room is adjoined by a TV room. If you prefer a quiet read, our home is filled with books. Upstairs, you can watch the sunrise through the trees from the principal bedroom (with ensuite and walk in robe). The two remaining (double) bedrooms share a bathroom and walk in robe, and all bedrooms are connected by a balcony that wraps around the top storey. A study/office occupies the top floor.

While the house is quiet and secluded, it is the perfect spot to explore Sydney`s galleries, museums, and parks from, as well as enjoy our local beaches, coastal paths, and ocean pools.

Bronte is 12K/30minutes cab ride from Airport.

About the location

Our home in Sydney`s Eastern Suburbs is a few minutes walk away from the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk with access to some of Sydney`s best beaches and ocean pools. Numerous cafes and good food outlets line the coast. Centennial park, Paddington galleries and specialist clothing and homeware shopping on Crown Street, Darlinghurst are close by. The CBD, Botanic Gardens, and the Opera House are also easily accessed by public transport, journey time 40 minutes or a 20 minute drive.
