Spacious Victorian Semi in Glorious Norfolk - Hunstanton

Our lovely three-bed house has been thoroughly modernised but it retains some classic features; wooden floors, a large kitchen/diner, a log burner and a pretty garden are some of the highlights.

Downstairs, what was originally the house`s dining room and lounge are now one modern, airy open plan lounge area with plenty of seating, a log burner, large TV with Sky (plus Netflix, Prime & other apps you can use with your own log in details), plus DVD player & wifi.

At the back of the house you`ll find an extended kitchen dining area, with all mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room seats 4-6 comfortably and opens out onto a large patio area with a gas barbecue and a small lawn beyond.
Beyond the kitchen is another smaller lounge area with a sofa and doors leading out onto a gravelled section of garden and a further, smaller patio area.

Upstairs is a very large & bright master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a king sized bed, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and dressing table and a good sized single room. The bathroom is spacious, with high-spec fittings including an enclosed waterfall shower (as well as a handheld/wall-mounted shower head), a large bath and double sink.

About the location

On a residential street just a few minutes` walk from both the small but well-served town centre and the local beach, the house is perfect for families and couples.

The house is within walking distance both of Hunstanton`s old fashioned English seaside beach and also only a 10 minute walk from the white expanse of Old Hunstanton beach. It is at the gateway to the North Norfolk coastal path with fabulous beaches, villages, award-winning pubs and restaurants close by. Wonderful nature reserves for bird-lovers and top class links course at Old Hunstanton for golfers.

Hunstanton itself offers a lot for families - beaches for paddling, playing and rock-pooling, amusements, boat trips out on The Wash and to see seals, parks, miniature golf, fish and chips, a Sea Life centre, a small theatre and much more!

Less than a mile in the opposite direction you`ll find Old Hunstanton and beyond that the beautiful fishing villages of Thornham, Holme & Brancaster. The coastal path runs between these places, offering breath-taking views and a real chance to get away from it all!

Holkham Hall is a 25 minutes drive away, and Wells next the Sea is just 10 minutes further along the coastal road from Holkham. North Norfolk is famed for its white, wide, sandy beaches and super delis, restaurants and cafes.
