Very central home, opposite Warwick Castle! 5 Bed Detached Home - Shakepeare`s county

Opposite Warwick Castle. We live in a lovely 5 bedroom home, in the centre of Warwick. Our house has a recently renovated kitchen, lounge, playroom plus 3 bedrooms on the middle floor and a further 2 bedrooms on the top floor each floor with it`s own bathroom - so it is also a great house for family get-togethers. And although we live in the centre of town we do have parking for 2 cars.

About the location

We live in the centre of Warwick which is a lovely town full of great restaurants within very easy walking distance, and nice parks including St Nicholas`s park which has Mini golf, Boat centre, Cafe, Ice creams and Mini rides.

We are also only 8 miles from Stratford upon Avon famous for the birthplace of William Shakespeare and 40 minutes to the beautiful Cotswolds (my favourite place to visit!). Stow on the Wold, Moreton on Marsh, Bourton on the Water, Chipping Camden - all of these would be very easy to do as a day trip from our house.

The train station is less then 10 minutes walk. You can easily get a direct train (30 minutes) to Birmingham centre for shopping or theatres, or into the centre of London in 1.5 hours.
