Terracotta Cottage

A warm and welcoming contemporary cottage within easy walking distance of Brecon town centre. There is a pretty enclosed garden with patio for eating outside and a swing seat for relaxing. Well decorated, light and sunny the cottage really gives you a calm and feel good factor when you come in. There is parking. There are three bikes in shed and a canal towpath within walking distance for cycling with great pubs en route. It is a much loved second home. We occasionally have family that join us on our swaps.

There is double bedroom and a twin bedded room with box of toys. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and there is a downstairs toilet. The sitting room is bright with sofas and a smart TV. Also a DVD. The kitchen is well equip and modern opening onto a charming garden. Wonderful base to explore a lovely part of UK.

About the location

Brecon is a small market town in the Brecon Beacons surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is a favourite area for walkers and cyclists. All amenities are on the doorstep and there is also a bus station nearby.

Supermarkets, a cinema, theatre, swimming pool, cafes, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance as are country, riverside and canal walks.

There are interesting towns nearby that specialise in local food and Hay known as the town of books.
