Our family farmhouse is nestled in the Avon Valley with stunning rural views. Far from any road noise, but very close to Kingsbridge, Bantham beach, Bigbury, and Thurlestone. Cosy country pub within walking distance and popular farm shop and cafe also walking distance.

Recently moved into our home - we are renovating it, and have installed modern equipment - new dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, sky sports and TV, whilst still enjoying the oil fired Rayburn in the kitchen (on all year) and large inglenook fireplace.

About the location

If you don`t know Devon - the South Hams is the jewel in the crown of Devon`s coastline. Famed for its unspoilt sandy beaches, warm weather, `boaty` towns such as Dartmouth and Salcombe - there is something for everyone here!

A great location to explore the nicest beaches in the South Hams, partake in watersports, walk the coastal paths. We are accessible to shops, supermarket, and busy market town Kingsbridge (with cinema, dozens of restaurants, sports centre etc). An easy 10 minute drive to the beach or town.

We are in a really quiet spot, but have stunning views and are close to loads of activities!
