We also have a suite in the house, so we are open to non-simultaneous exchanges as well. Car swap available.

About the location

Victoria is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. It offers an escape from the hurried world. Known as the city of gardens, Victoria is safe, clean, tranquil and easy to explore. Superb. Using, museums, galleries, shopping, beaches, outdoor adventures are just a few to mention. Vancouver and Seattle are only a few hours away by ferry. Golf courses near by, public library and community center with indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course just 10 minutes away. So is a large shopping centre. Walking/jogging trails all around our subdivision also great biking trails to city and countryside.
