A cosy ("gezellig") home - Nijeveen

Our house is situated on the edge of a friendly village. From the back garden a free view over the fields and a nice shelter to enjoy your morning coffee/ lunch For fresh evenings there`s a simple woodburning stove, and on hot days it stays nice and cool inside..
Downstairs we have a bedroom + bathroom.
Upstairs a cosy bedroom with either 1 double or 2 single beds. (if needed there is room for a third bed.)
Another bedroom with 1 single bed.
Separate bathroom upstairs.
We have at least 3 bikes available....

About the location

Great area for cycling! To the nearest market town Meppel (5 km) where there are all sorts of events during the summer time. Several typical Drentse villages around to cycle to, as well as the woods around with lovely cycle tracks.
Giethoorn, the " Little Venice of the North", is only 7 km from us.
Staphorst, where there are still people in traditional clothes
We`re very close to Friesland, with lakes etc. and about 50 km from the German boarder (for a day out shopping ...)
