Victorian mid-terrace in historic market town of Battle

Our 3 bedroom Victorian mid terrace sits on the outskirts of the historic market town of Battle in East Sussex. It is perfectly located to explore the South East of England and is a comfy home from home. We have a sunny back garden and are situated on a private road so it is very quiet. We have 2 cats who just need food, water and attention or we can send them on a holiday for the duration of your stay if you would prefer.

About the location

We are less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Battle where you can visit the the famous Battle Abbey, site of the Battle of Hastings. This can be viewed from the master bedroom window. Battle also has a variety of cafes, restaurants and small supermarket. A 5 minute walk down the hill is a train station with direct links in to London in just over an hour. There are a number of lovely beaches and seaside towns 15 minute drive south to the coast or the same distance inland to explore the south downs or lots of local countryside and woodland. There is also good public transport so a car is not required but we would be happy to discuss a car exchange.
