Electric central heating keeps the place cosy in winter, and you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and there is a dining table in a recess in the living room. Washing machine, WiFi and flat screen TV, and free parking outside and in the surrounding area (unusual in Edinburgh!).

About the location

The flat is in a quiet street off Easter Road, a mere 20-min walk to Edinburgh`s famous Princes Street, and a similar distance to the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. Carlton Hill and Arthur`s Seat are also within walking distance - and a great way to start your day! There are excellent bus routes to Princes Street, the Royal Mile and The Shore in Leith. Easter Road has various supermarkets, and some quirky little cafes and independent shops. The local pub, The Mash Tun, is very lively and is a 2-min walk away. The food is great, typical pub grub. The chippie a few doors further up the street is excellent, too.
