Mead House
Mead house is a seven year old semi detached house, located at the centre of a small, quiet village.
It is larger than it looks in the photographs of the front - something of a tardis!!
Accommodation is one king sized en-suite bedroom, a second king size bedroom, one large twin bedded room and one small twin bedded room.
All bedrooms are on the first floor, with a family bathroom incorporating a walk in shower and separate bath. Heating upstairs is by radiator.
The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout. There is a cosy sitting room with satellite tv and plenty of seating and a second reception room from the kitchen diner, with a sofa bed and tv.. There is a downstairs w.c, and a large kitchen diner with french doors opening onto a covered patio area, with a dining table to seat 10 outside, a spacious garden with a large garden studio.
The studio is used as a games room, with pool table, table tennis and dart board.
The kitchen is well equipped with an American style fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, range style cooker, microwave, and a tumble dryer is is situated in the utility area. There is a tv in the kitchen diner.
High chair and cot are provided, also all bedding, towels etc.
One small dog is permitted downstairs only.
There is off road parking for two cars on the driveway.

There is Wi Fi connected.
This house is ideal for families, sleeping eight people comfortably.
It is great for star gazing … the village has no street lighting.. it’s pretty dark at night!
About the location
Colkirk is a small village near the historic market town of Fakenham.
The house is very well situated for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, with attractions nearby, and many more within a half hour drive - Sandringham estate, Wells next the sea, Holkham Hall, Hunstanton, Cromer, Sheringham ,Holt to name a few.
The house is a 20 minuute drive from the coast. A car is essential as there are few facilities in the Village.
The house is situated close to a quiet village pub, where a meal can be enjoyed.
