Mid terrace house - Brighton

Our house is a comfortable family home. We have 2 double beds and 2 single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en suit and is at the very top of the house with amazing panoramic views of Brighton. The other rooms share a large bathroom and an extra W.C. There are 2 living rooms one on the ground floor and one in the basement attached to the kitchen. The Kitchen opens out onto the garden which is excellent for lounging around in with very comfortable garden furniture and a fire pit.

About the location

Our house is a 5 minute walk to the train station with easy access to London (50 mins) It is within east walking distance to the town centre, (20 mins) the Brighton Lanes (20 mins) and the sea front (30 mins)
We live on a quiet road which is near 3 parks all with excellent facilities including play parks, tennis courts and table tennis courts.
Brighton is a very interesting, vibrant and creative town with much to see and do, including great shopping, night life, culture and chilling out in the many excellent cafes and restaurants. We are also on the foot of the South Downs which you can walk to from the house.
From Brighton it is easy to visit many interesting places near by.
