Our home is on the first and top floor of a large late Victorian house with original features. The very large front room has wide bay windows overlooking the pretty front garden in a quiet, tree-lined street. There is a large kitchen / dining room overlooking the back garden, a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower, a separate toilet, and three double bedrooms, two with wall-mounted TVs. The rooms are hung with original artworks by our family of artists and we have many interesting books. The very private, south-facing garden is accessed via a leafy path, has a lawn, flower beds, plenty of garden furniture in the shed, and is surrounded by trees and gardens.

About the location

We live in the quiet, residential area close to Queens Park and Tiverton Green, nestled between two local high streets with cafes, organic food shops, a lovely Sunday market and other amenities all a 10-20 minute walk away through Queens Park. Tiverton Green is just 3 minutes walk away and has exercise equipment and children`s play areas. Queens Park is a 10 minute walk away and has a cafe, tennis, golf, a children`s pool and an adventure playground. We are 15 minutes walk from Queens Park underground station with access to central London`s many cultural activities in just 15 minutes. The local train station is 5 minutes away on foot, and the Jubilee Line an 18 minute walk away.
