120sq mtr 3 bed, 2 bath home. We discovered this fabulous small friendly market town in 2020, when house hunting. It is an idyllic location. Not too busy, as bypass put in 25+ years ago, but offerings so much. Our home was built in 2003, then completely remodeled by us, finishing in May 2021.

Our home offers private parking directly outside, a secure location. As you`ll see from the accompanying photos, the house is modern, with an open plan kitchen, diner & sitting room, opening into the garden room. This in turn overlooks the decked garden with summerhouse and gas bbq.

Within an easy 5 minute walk we have the library, Roman Museum, Waitrose supermarket, fish & chip shop, the High Street, with at least 5 pubs, numerous coffee shops, small restaurants and take aways. In addition first class butcher and amazing bakery. 5 minutes away by car is Hillers, a wonderful Farm Shop, with gardens & coffeehouse.

Then we are also only one minute away from the bus stop, for an easy journey with no parking, into Stratford-upon-Avon.

Car journies from here are so easy, owing to a much lower density of traffic than found elsewhere in the country. So, just 10 minutes to Stratford-upon-Avon, 30 minutes to Warwick, the Cotswolds and towns like Stow-on-the-Wold. The trip to the Malvern hills, Hereford and Wales are all easily accessible.

Many beautiful areas to visit and places of outstanding history - Warwick Castle, or the numerous National Trust properties. Lovely canals and areas of outstanding natural beauty abound. Numerous areas to explore, lovely walks - guaranteed flat if you take a canal path.

The road links in the area are excellent; only 40 minutes to Birmingham International airport, the NEC or just 1 1/2 hours to Heathrow.

Then 75 - 90 minutes away you have Oxford, Bristol, Shrewsbury, Stamford.
Alcester provided a great jumping off point to explore.
