Three story Victorian terrace in fantastic location

Our family home was built in 1893. We have three stories with three large double bedrooms, one en suite, shower room, bathroom, large living room and kitchen diner. We live on a friendly street with great neighbours and in fantastic location. We are a family of four with two small boys so our house is well set up for families with young children. We built a new kitchen diner and modernized the heating, double glazed windows and installed carpets. We have a highchair and cot if needed. While we live close to amenities the area is quiet at night. We have a garden with a trampoline. Parking is on street and we can provide parking permits. We love our home and the area in which we live so hope for some friendly families to swap with. Bikes available for use - walking or cycling are the best way to get around our area.
