hot water system and soft natural rain water is utilised through the house`s water pump system, This means 100 pure water, No chemicals, recycling of waste water or desalination etc just soft completely natural rainwater. Heated by the Sun.. Wonderful !!!

About the location

The house stands in One acre of Olive Grove High up overlooking the Pagasitikos Gulf on Mainland Greece. Pelion overlooking the Bay of Milina Village.
Its a wonderful setting a comfortable really quiet private location, with stunning views of the sunset across the Gulf viewed from the house in the evenings

Although rural and privately secluded, not isolated. Nearest costal fishing/Tourist Pretty Village of Milina can be reached on a lovely downhill footpath 15 minutes below the house, following an ancient cobblestone pathway called a Kalderimi.

Milina village has plenty Bars, Restaurants, Fresh Fish Tavernas, Bakery, Mini Markets and Pharmacy all reached within walking distance.
However if you want to make the most of Pelion with its hidden treasures and golden secluded sandy beaches, a car is strongly advised. Car or Moped hire are available locally.

The house is ideally located for wonderful for early morning walks on the Kalderimi. Network of stone pathways crisscrossing the mountains nearby.

For Culture and history Volos City located 41kilometers by car with its bustling waterfront cafes restaurants and shops.

Volos is home to the Argonaut from Greek Mythology Jason and the Argaunats who sailed from Volos to find the Golden Fleece.
A regular ferry service operates daily from Volos to the Sporades Islands of Skiathos (Goldie Hawn`s holiday paradise) Skopelos (Mama Mia) and the lovely natural Alonisos.

METEORA UNESCO`s world Heritage site A must see with Its Monasteries perched on stalagmite rocks over 6 million years old. Reached from the house in three hours.
There are many things to visit in this unique and undiscovered part of mainland Greece.
Or you can simply chill on the Beaches of Milina close by.
