Beautiful town and country location

We have a lovely 4 bedroom detached house in the very sought after location of Lexden.

We have a fairly big garden with a table tennis table and chickens we also have gineau pigs but they are optional to look after.

The chickens can stay in the pen and just need topping up with food and water daily and a collection of eggs.

About the location

Our lovely home in the popular Lexden area of Colchester has easy access to the historical Colchester city centre and Castle.

We are also located 20-25 minutes from the coast our favourite beach to visit is Mersea Island.

Colchester is also 20 minute drive to Tiptree jam factory/Maldon (known for Maldon sea salt)
There are lots of beautiful villages on the outskirts of Colchester too such as Dedham/East Bergholt (Constable country)

Colchester Zoo is also a fantastic place to visit which is 5-10 minute drive!

Colchester is the oldest recorded town (Now city) which is home to Colchester Castle ( one of the most intestesting stories is of Queen Boudica)

There is so much to see and do here in Colchester we are sure that anyone would thoroughly enjoy staying!
