Situated on the edge of town with spectacular views over the Strathmore Valley looking towards the Sidlaw Hills.

Our house is cosy with both gas central heating and a log burning stove. We have lots of books and the house is decorated with artist prints and original art work There is a small artist`s studio and also a little summer house where you can enjoy the garden and are welcome to enjoy any fruit or veg that may be in season.

We have a couple of e bikes available should you wish to use them.

Our car is available to swap also should you wish ...it is a Honda Jazz.

About the location

Blairgowrie is a very pretty town with the River Ericht running through it. Blairgowrie is well placed for rural retreats walking (cataran trail) cycling, golf and fishing are available on your doorstep.

Fishing permits are available at the local fishing tackle shop. The championship Rosemount golf course is in Blair and there are a number of other golf courses within a short distance.

Blairgowrie is well situated for touring too within a half hour car journey of Dundee & Perth and 1¹/² hour journey to Glasgow or Edinburgh or Aberdeen

There are a number of local businesses and supermarkets as well as cafes restaurants and takeaways to supply your needs.
