5-minute walk from West Worthing train station with regular train services to nearby Brighton, and to Chichester and London. Situated on a quiet road near to a park, local shops and amenities and Worthing town centre, where there is a great selection of independent shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby is Worthing promenade, Ferring and Goring beaches, the beautiful South Downs national park and historical town of Arundel.

About the location

Worthing town centre- which has numerous restaurants, pubs and bars, as well as the promenade, the art deco Dome Cinema and a bowling alley - is a short drive away, and is also easily accessible by bus, bike and on foot (approx 30 min walk).

Brighton, Littlehampton and Chichester are easily reached by train or car, and there are lots of other easily accessible options for excursions, including Cissbury Ring and the South Downs, out-of-bounds in Rustington and flip out near to Chichester.

We live in Tarring, which has an 11th century church and local park with playing field. There is a lovely bakery and micropub around the corner and a Tesco express and Co-op within walking distance. There are several supermarket superstores within a short driving distance and Deliveroo and Uber Eats both deliver in the area.
