Family city apartment in Malaga

Our place is near Malaga`s city centre,in a complete equipped neighbourhood where you can find local shops and restaurants. We live near a big park for a nice walk, with different playground areas. There is also a big skatepark.

Our house is a fully equipped familiar flat of 100 m2, sunny and well airy.
We have 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 room with a single bed and another room with 3 single beds. We have 2 bathrooms, only one of them has shower.
Our big dinning room has a dinning area with a big table and a sitting area with two sofas and TV, with a balcony to the nearby park.
We have a kitchen with table, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, it leads to an access to an outside area with table.
We also have a parking for the car in the beside bulding. Aswell there are bicycles available for 2 adults and 3 children.

The temperature in Malaga is quite stable during the year. In summer it is not too hot, as it normally is breezy.

About the location

We live in the modern city of Malaga, where you can enjoy different types of entertainment.
Malaga, Picasso`s city and all its museums, has a nice city centre for a walk. You can find a wide offer of cultural activities and gastronomic experiences.

The sea, the port and the city beaches are easy to reach by bike or bus.

The province of Malaga has also a wide offer of natural and cultural interesting places.
We live 40-50 minutes by car from the National Natural Park of Sierra de las Nieves, where you can practice treeking. You can find medium height mountains as El Torrecilla.
In the area there are very nice typical Andalusian villages as Yunquera or Casarabonela.
One of the most spectacular places is El Caminito del Rey, where you can walk the 100 metres height path above the river, on the newly arranged path, on the basis of the 1921 path.
You can also visit Ronda, with its great deep gorge, and enjoy their fantastic wines and
gastronomic culture.

We live 40 minutes by car from the Natural location of Maro-Cerro gordo with its paradisian beaches. The city of Nerja is well worth visiting.
As are the villages in the Axarquia, mid way between mountains and the sea.

On the west side of the province, getting nearer the province of Cadiz, you can find lovely sandy beaches and a beautiful countryside.

You can easily reach other spectacular andalusian cities from Malaga.
The city of Granada is 1 hour by car from our house. With its fantastic Alhambra and Arabic neighbourhood.
The city of Sevilla is 2 hours and a half by car.
