Nice housse

Hello, our house is located in the historic and classified district of Noisiel, in the Menier city. The houses (all adjoining) were built by the Menier family at the end of the 19th century to house the employees of the chocolate factory.
Completely renovated and insulated respecting the style of the Menier factory, it is located on 3 levels. A small garden will allow you to enjoy the flowers, take your meals or rest.
Your car can be returned to the parking space in front of the house.
We have 5 bedrooms that can accommodate a large family.
On the ground floor are a living room, the kitchen, a small living room (for music), a bedroom (bed 140x200), a bathroom (shower, washbasin, washing machine), toilets. The staircase leads on one side to a mezzanine converted into an office and a bedroom (sofa bed + single mattress) and on the other side to the other bedrooms. On the 1st floor we have 1 bedroom (140x200 bed), a bathroom (shower and bath) and toilets. On the 2nd floor we have 2 small bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other with a double bed (140x200).

Well advised by my daughter, who has been exchanging homes for the holidays for several years, I am starting: I am ready to welcome you with pleasure in my presence (my room is located on the ground floor, therefore well separated from the rest of home) or without me depending on my schedule. 2 extremely nice cats remain the owners of the place, very present, they will be able to wait for you in the evening and ask for their pâtés and their doses of caresses...

About the location

We are a 5-minute walk from the Marne, the site of the old chocolate factory, the Noisiel park, close to the Olympic base (fitted out for the 2024 Olympic Games) canoe/kayak;
On the transport side, 2 bus lines nearby: 1 to 200 m, the other 5 minutes on foot. The Noisiel RER A station (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus, less than 20 minutes on foot) will take you to the heart of Paris in just 30 minutes (Châtelet les Halles) or to Disney Paris/Gare in 15 minutes. Chessy TGV. The Vaires sur Marne SNCF station is located 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus and will take you to the Gare de l`Est in 25 minutes.
